Future plans for "Working in the Theatre" include a "Producers" show featuring theater journalist Patrick Pacheco leading a conversation with producers Daryl Roth and Jean Doumanian, and a "Playwrights" show, featuring Tony Award winning playwright David Henry Hwang leading a conversation with playwright colleagues Lydia Diamond and Suzan-Lori Parks.

The American Theatre Wing (Theodore S. Chapin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Heather Hitchens, Executive Director) is best known as the creator of the Antoinette Perry "Tony" Awards, which it presents annually with The Broadway League.
