JOSEPH HARDING currently works at Forrest Solutions, the largest privately held staffing organization in New York City. With over $40 million in revenue each year, Forrest Solutions embraces an employment philosophy that encompasses Temporary Placement, Direct Hire Placement, Contingency Staffing and Outsourcing. Joseph has been with the firm for almost 14 years after learning the business for several years in two other employment services. His function has changed from establishing the Legal Employment Division to General Outside Sales to Internal Training and Development to specific Direct Hire Duties. His career in staffing came about after his retirement from the professional stage. A national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar, 6 months of Oklahoma! at Dinner Theatre in Darien, CT and a crushing 11 auditions for the original Merrily We Roll Along all proved John Gielgud's advice, "If you can do anything else with your life and be happy besides theatre, DO IT." Joseph has happily been helping people support their dreams and ambitions by keeping the bills paid with temp work. He is very happy to be asked back by SpringboardNYC to help the next group of theatre students transition to working actors.
Bio as of December, 2010.
