PAUL RUBIN began his unique career as a flying choreographer/designer in 1988. Since then he has designed some of the most memorable flying sequences from the Tony Award winning musical Wicked to Cathy Rigby's Tony nominated Peter Pan. Other Broadway credits include: the Tony Award winning Frozen, The Pirate Queen, Saturday Night Fever, Dance of the Vampires, The Green Bird directed by Julie Taymor, Fiddler on the Roof directed by David Leveaux and Kiss Me, Kate. National tours include: Dora the Explorer Live, Blue's Clues Live, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Scooby Doo Live, Leslie Brisusse's Doctor Dolittle with Tommy Tune and Seussical the Musical. Paul created the aerial sequences for the world premier productions of The Who's Tommy and Frank Wildhorn's Dracula at La Jolla Playhouse, Kander and Ebb's Curtains, Yeston and Kopits's Phantom, and Casper starring Chita Rivera. Some television credits include: Entertainment Tonight, The Tony Awards, The Rosie O'Donnell Show, CNN and A&E's Emmy winning Peter Pan starring Cathy Rigby. Some of the talented performers Paul has given wings to include: Michael Crawford, John Turturro, Neil Patrick Harris, Tony Danza, Michael Cerveris, Howie Mandel, David Hyde Pierce and Tom Hewitt.
