STEPHANIE YANKWITT has been working as a Producer/Director/Casting Associate since arriving in New York in 2001. As a Director and Assistant Director, her work includes November (Joe Mantello, dir.), The Receptionist (Joe Mantello, dir.), Letters to the End of the World (Anton Dudley, writer), This is a Cowboy Poem My Daddy Taught Me (Katie Bender, writer), All That I Will Ever Be (New York Theatre Workshop, Jo Bonney, Dir.), Brutality Of Fact (Urban Stages), and Stephen Guirgis' Our Lady of 121st Street. Producing credits include John Patrick Shanley's Dirty Story and Our Lady of 121st Street (both with LAByrinth Theater Company). Stephanie has produced with LAByrinth Theater Company, The Cardinal Group, and MCC Theater. In 2004, Stephanie began working in casting, as an assistant at Telsey + Company Casting. In addition to commercial casting credits, Broadway casting credits include Glengarry Glen Ross, Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, and Three Days of Rain. Film casting includes Rent, Helen Hunt's Then She Found Me, Peter Hedges' Dan in Real Life, and Julie Taymor's Across the Universe. Currently Stephanie casts for the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, New York, as well as independently in New York and Los Angeles. Stephanie is an adjunct professor at New York University's Stella Adler Studio for Acting.
