Steven Weber
STEVEN WEBER With a wide range of acclaimed film and television credits to his name, Mr. Weber has established himself as one of the most diverse and respected talents in Hollywood. He starred as Leo Bloom in The Producers on Broadway. He recently won critical praise for his film Club Land which he wrote, produced and starred in with Alan Alda for Showtime. His diverse list of film credits include Mike Figgis' Timecode 2000 as well Figgis' Leaving Las Vegas, Mel Brooks' Dracula: Dead and Loving It, the title role in Christopher Ashley's Jeffrey written by Paul Rudnick, Larry David's Sour Grapes, Barbet Schroeder's thriller Single White Female and John Irvin's Vietnam war epic Hamburger Hill. He starred on television as Brian Hackett in the hit series Wings from 1990-1997. His additional television roles include writer Terrence McNally's segment of Common Ground and Stanley Donen's Love Letters opposite Laura Linney. He stars as Sam Blue in the ABC drama Once and Again. His theatre credits include Mike Nichols' Broadway production of The Real Thing; Death of a Salesman with Hal Holbrook at the Great Lakes Theater Festival; two seasons as a member of the Mirror Repertory Company, playing alongside the late Geraldine Page in Paradise Lost, Rain and The Inheritors; and Anthony Minghella's Made in Bangkok at the Mark Taper Forum. He recently made his stage musical debut as Berger in the critically acclaimed production of Hair at the Wadsworth Theater in Los Angeles.
