VAL DAY worked as a theatre director and producer for over 15 years and received her MFA in Directing from the University of California San Diego before becoming an agent. She represents playwrights and directors for The William Morris Agency. Her client's shows have been commissioned and produced by theatres throughout the world including; The Public Theater, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Manhattan Class Company, Curious Theatre Company, Women's Project and Productions, Clubbed Thumb, Trinity Repertory Company, The Vineyard Theatre, SoHo Repertory, Second Stage Company, Cleveland Playhouse, Primary Stages, George Street Playhouse, New York Stage and Film, TimeLine Theatre, Playwrights Horizons, City Theatre, Arena Stage and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
